After several attempts, 42-year-old man successfully kills himself.

 

 42-year-old Babatunde Akeem took his life when he jumped into a well in Ikorodu on Wednesday.

Apparently this isn’t the first time Akeem would try to end his life as he was discovered by relatives and Neighbors. But this time, they weren’t there to help him when he plunged into a 120 feet deep well.

Sadly, neither were they there fast enough to bring him out after he jumped.

By the time the fire fighters arrived at the scene and pulled him out, he was pronounced dead and his remains sent to the Ikorodu General Hospital.

The reason behind his death and repeated suicide attempts could not be ascertained.
