Adele has certainly made her mark at the Grammys – and her first win as "Best New Artist" at the 51st annual ceremony back in 2009 was only the beginning. Now she's making a comeback with five nominations, including "Album of the Year" for 25 at this weekend's show, scheduled to air on Sunday, February 12. However, that's not the only history she'll be making this year.
According to Forbes, the singer is officially the highest paid Grammy nominee. The iconic British star pulled in $80.5 million last year alone, and averaged $3.5 million earnings at each stop of her world tour.
Rihanna came in second with $75 million and Beyoncé, who led with 9 nominations for 2017, finished at number 7 with $54 million. Following the incredible stars was Justin Bieber and his highly popular Purpose tour, which landed him in tenth place with $38.5 million.
That's not a bad year for your favorites! Adele and Beyoncé will both be hitting the stage on Sunday, so get ready for an unforgettable night.
