Anne Kiguta is a popular news anchor and TV host. The iron lady has managed to build and develop her career having started as a radio presenter and working her way into some of the biggest stations in Kenya. She was a senior anchor at Citizen TV and at one time hosted Checkpoint in KTN. She currently hosts Punchline, a political show at K24 Kenya.
Far from her job, Anne is a proud mother of 3 beautiful kids, 2 girls and 1 son. Anne Kiguta got engaged to a marketing guru called Steve Ngunyi back in 2014. Unfortunately the relationship did not last.
Apparently, there is a day before she went live on KTN that her baby daddy furiously beat her up while she was holding her three year old baby Wairimu, but she stood strong, applied make up and went on air.
According to her, she did not leave him but stayed in the relationship mainly because of her baby but after the third beating she packed her bags and left. In her own words, that was the best decision she has ever made in her life.
Anne Kiguta has a set of twins who were born in 2016 at Nairobi Hospital. She did not reveal the father of the twins immediately since they do not share a father with her daughter Wairimu. However, in 2017, Anne Kiguta shared a video of Jomo Gacega wishing him a happy father’s day. Jomo is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s personal secretary and nephew.
It is however not clear if they are still together since they love to keep their personal life private. Her advice on relationships is to not let a bad experience stop you from experiencing love.
